Concept DevelopmentSome of the best ideas haven't been built yet. That's what I work on.
Alongside client work, I develop original concepts. Hospitality venues, cultural spaces, community-led brands, experience-first businesses. Ideas that start with a feeling — a gap in the market, a room that doesn't exist yet, a community that hasn't found its home — and are shaped into something investable, buildable and real.
This is not speculative design or mood board thinking. It is rigorous concept development: the positioning, the audience, the experience logic, the brand world, the business rationale. Everything a concept needs to move from idea to conversation to reality.
I work with two kinds of people here:
Operators and founders who have the seed of an idea and need a creative partner to help them build the case for it and bring it to life.
Investors and developers who want to back or commission original concepts — venues, spaces, brands — and need someone who can lead the creative from the ground up.
Some of the concepts I've developed are available for the right partnership. If you are building something or backing something, and you think there might be alignment, I would like to talk.
